What do a sperm bank, egg donor bank and a cord blood bank have in common?

This was the question posed to me on my first day at Collier Simon.

California Cryobank, Donor Egg Bank USA and Cord Blood Registry were bought by a Venture Capital firm. And now they wanted a Life Science parent brand that encapsulated everything their companies do.
